After going to a few parties here, I've realized they are not what everyone hypes them up to be. Their house looks like a rundown motel that you would stay at on spring break because it's the cheapest option. Not to mention I got punched in the face by one of the brothers in the middle of a conversation because he "felt like it". After asking him why he did that, his response, "I just like to mess around when I'm drunk and I really wanted to punch something".

First of all most of the people who Say this frat is top tier that’s a complete lie. They are self ranking. I will say they are better then a couple years ago. Still the fraternities parties aren’t good there house is a townhome and they guys are average at best. This isn’t a good pike unfortunately and I would look at rushing elsewhere unless you connect with them.

Small chapter with boring socials full of geeds. A few of the brothers are chill but not many of them. Lower middle tier chapter at best
