Google maps showed this as the nearest motel to me. At first I was confused at the lack of a vacancy sign, the gorilla and the letters on the wall. I was politely informed by members that this was, in fact, a fraternity house. Much to my surprise, members then invited me to join in their upcoming social event. I was fortunate enough to get drunk and enjoy an amazing party with some great guys. I would certainly recommend rushing and/or staying a night at this hybrid frat and breakfast.

This chapter is the top house at western no doubt. They are an awesome mixture of girls that prove their greatness. Fun memories made with these girls

On an upswing after some rough years. Big numbers in recruitment, very tight brotherhood, outstanding philanthropy, and really gaining popularity with the sororities.

Delta Sigma Geed. All they do is throw ragers on the weekends that are usually full of dudes, popular with geeds. No resemblance of a fraternity anymore.

I haven't been around very long but so far this is my favorite chapter to socialize with. The girls are fun, not sloppy, and are all friends with each other. They are a lot different than they used to be

They have been slowly improving over the last two years but they still recruit very average girls no where near reaching top tier. They are really involved on campus which is great! Attitude towards other sororities is very poor. Treat other sororities very badly and it's not appealing.
