Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at West Chester University of Pennsylvania - WCUP 4.2 Only good fraternity on campus that isn't in trouble with the school. Also has great parties every weekend. Kinda strict about who they let in, but its strictly for liability reasons which is understandable.
