Overrated. They are somehow the only "fratty" top tier house (face it, SAE is mid), which gives them a big following with stuck up girls who feel they're too good for a "un-fratty" house like sig pi and at the same time don't want to associate with the mid-low tier houses. They gave bids a few boys they really shouldn't have this year and last and have to watch out as it's hurting their reputation which is all they have.

These guys are very good looking. Although they are top tier, and are extremely popular, a lot of them are douche bags. Occasionally you meet a nice guy from there. A lot of guys in the PC are nicer than the rest.

Pi Kapp is easily the best at WCU. no doubt in my mind are these boys the best looking, most sociable, and throw the best parties. my whole sorority looks forward to being with these guys on weekends because we have unreal times there. well dressed, well mannered, and well endowed. love you boys!

Nice big house full of the kids you hated in high school that you hoped to avoid while at college. I give them credit for doing us a favor and picking up most of the prep school dbags at rush though.

A great frat on campus. Their parties are the best, and have good looking guys who are social. They just need to work on being more humble about their status because sig pi and sae are catching up.

Hot guys, great parties. That's about it though. The guys can be very self centered, and barely do anything around campus. Fun to party with, but do nothing for the campus.

Really, really "bro". Does not throw open parties and only sticks to mixers/list parties. Known for having lots of hot boys. Overall excellent, albeit pretentious, reputation on campus.

A bunch of prep school douchebags who think they are better than every other fraternity at West Chester. PIKE is going to be the top fraternity in a couple of years. Pike has the best looking guys and the classiest. Enjoy the top of the throne while you guys still have it, gents.
