by recruitment numbers, the top three in order were pi phi, dg, and aephi. these might not necessarily be the three "best" in the tier system but they're definitely the strongest pcs.

^lol at the frat PC rankings. Sig Chi, AEPI are top, and maybe Phi Delt. How in the world is Theta Xi above Beta???
