Very overrated in my opinion. Only go for guys that are uber-involved, irregardless of whether they actually have a legitimate chill-pull ratio. The pretentiousness is certainly prevalent, as well as having a giant stick up their arse. They follow rules often time to a fault. Also had alot of hiccups during their rush process, leading to alot of their members being disgruntled from what I've heard, creating some rifts between them. Certainly have some great guys, I won't discount that.

Most brothers are very nice, quite a few are a bit effeminate, but a few are trying to self-impose a bro mentality that just isn't working. Fun mixers.

listen up y'all, cause this is it. when i wake up in the morning i think BETA when i go to my classes in the afternoon i think BETA. every time i go to the bathroom its BETA BETA. honestly i can't get enough i have such a good time every time my toes hit that basement floor it is SO worth the hop skip and a jump from the south fourty!!!! one time i went there and they were grilling up some mean ass corn on the cob and let me tell you i had corn strings stuck in my teeth for DAYS and i loved it.

Beta is pretty polarizing. Girls either aren't interested or absolutely love them. The stereotype is typically really nice guys who are extremely involved in extracurriculars and have a lot of depth to them. I think their parties are really fun but that is usually if you're looking to have a good time and dance with your friends and hang out with the brothers rather than have a sloppy hookup in the basement (while that still does happen, just less than other places)

kind of boring because they're too focused on their image and don't really care about honest human interactions, but they're really involved on campus. and they love you to know how ~chill~ they are.

Overrated on campus. They get a lot of credit for being involved and nice, but it's not as true as the reputation states. Kinda pretentious, some of them.
