as someone whose best friend dropped out of this chapter, i've seen first hand how empty of an experience it really is. the opportunity to meet some wonderful individuals is not worth the cattiness, snobbery, or lack of sisterhood in alpha phi. my friend says all the time that she wishes she'd joined a good organization and not just good girls, because in all likelihood she would have become friends with the girls anyway.

I'm seeing a lot of posts about AEPhis partying and being sloppy. Some girls in AEPhi party a lot - absolutely. That can be said of girls in every sorority, though. I'm not sure where this "party" reputation is coming from but it certainly doesn't match reality. If we're going by reputations, AEPhi is known for having the best sisterhood; PiPhi is known for partying a ton.
