Definitely a bottom tier frat. If you like to party and smoke weed all of the time, this is a good choice for you. The guys are a bunch of chads, and really have zero respect towards women. Low standards...but it’s a frat.

There’s a reason that this chapter can’t keep their members....they’re so damn mean that many girls drop out. They only choose really pretty girls, and don’t look for any other qualities in women. They’re even on academic probation!

This sorority is EVERYBODY’S last choice. Nobody wants to be a Kappa...you just end up there when all of the other chapters drop you. They’re catty, they’re mean, and they’re not attractive in the least.

They’re the pretty girls. Their retention rate has been the worst for years. It’s a rarity if you’re in alpha phi for more than 2 years. This sorority is anchored by a few very strong members but they fail to come across as a strong group of women, and rather a few well known members.

i haven’t always been a fan of this chapter because in years past, it seemed like they didn’t do much on campus. With that being said, I’ve been very impressed with their recruitment efforts this year. They’ve really stepped it up compared to other years. If they can keep their numbers high and get more involved on campus, I feel that they’ll have a house within the next few years. Theyre all very lovely girls to talk to, despite not being the popular sorority.

This chapter is known as the campus mean girls. There is no sisterhood. They have a beautiful house but it looks nice from the outside. They have horrible internal issues and treat sisters badly

All in all a good group of guys. They’re definitely getting to be more fun and social between pregames at their house/annex and parting with other frats.
