tri delts down in the ranks

I'm confused. What happened Tri Delta? Aren't you supposed to be a mid tier house?

They were okay for a while but always struggling. And now compared to other lower tier houses that are moving forward tridelta is still lagging behind. They don't seem to be improving on any front and are just kind of there.
