why is ato considered a top house?

I get that they are a good house but I don't see what all the hype around them is. They definitely should not be ranked as one of the top 3 houses here. In my opinion they are similair to Phi delts and should be considered upper middle.

I don't see either- they are not that attractive and their parties are kinda boring compared to some others. They are also kinda snobby

Considering ATO's last couple homecoming parters were Aphis, then AGD's and now Kappas.. The girls seem to like them so maybe thats why they're a top house lol
