AGD: hot and fun
APhi: hot and kinda rude
DG: Hot and dumb. Like to have fun
Kappa: hot but doesn't party
Theta: beautiful and smart
GPhis: cute and like to party
KD: pretty hot and fun
Those are all the houses I know

DG-popular, gorg, slu tty
AGD-party 24/7, hot, rude
Aphi-pretty, fake, not so smart
Kd-super nice, major party house, blonde
Kappa-has become slu tty, pretty girls, rich girls
Theta-super nice, classy, smart girls
Gphi-fun, chill, dgaf girls
Aopi-really fun but a little wannabe-ish, wants to be a top house
Achio-mostly really nice and cute, some mean girls, pretty average
Chio-smart girls with bright futures
Sk-they are the new underdogs, quiet but classier than the surrounding lower houses
Pi phi-grab bag, very mixed and diverse, still has moved up, internal drama
Ddd-sweet but quiet, getting more recognition, kind of quirky
Adpi-very nice but pretty unknown

Not really sure how you can generalize a whole house on being dumb or having a bright future

Confirmation bias is stronger in Panhellenic ecosystems than anywhere else, ergo 'generalization' is neither unexpected nor a happy accident, but rather the obvious byproduct. That is how and why one can generalize, and should, in this instance. This entire site is about generalization, and there is little to no irony in the content.
