what do you think of the following frats?

TKE - Big foam fingers, lots of neon, Swisher Sweets, academically lamentable, lousy to non-existent philanthropy;
SAE - Same As it Ever was / stuck in the 80's, lion fetish, big focus on intramurals given lots of B-grade HS athletes back-in-the-dayin'- it.
Not much experience with PK or ATO so will leave that for others.

Tekes can be fun but the guys can also be kinda creepy
SAE has lots of alc but the guys are pretty boring. I never have that much fun there.
Pi Kapps- I love Pi Kapps! They have great guys and their parties are fun.
ATO- I've never been here so idk.

TKE: Older PC's aren't bad but I wasn't really feeling PC15. Fun parties though and the Fratio is nice
SAE: guys are only alright. I feel like the house is overhyped
Pi Kapps: Really like the guys in this house. They usually have really fun parties, but they haven't been as big recently.
ATO: some of them are really cool, some are douches

Like ATOs are riding on hs reps and think they are better than they are. Some are pretty cool but they are honestly not that attractive.

Tekes - throw decent parties, some cool guys some creepers
SAE- have good looking guys but parties are soft
Pi Kapps - never really here anything about them
ATO - unless you know them they can come across as douchebags but by far rage harder than any other house.
