I'm not even a fan of them and can confidently say that they are top tier and will stay that way for awhile

Hard to say delts always has fun parties at their house and theta chi has the best date dashes everyone wants to go on and ato has biads with both delts and theta chi but they are dry so other than that it's just liveout parties but they all have good date dashes
