My predictions for frats that are bottom that will move up:

AGR- barn daze is awesome and they have cool guys that treat ladies well
Beta- nice and classy guys wkh a great location

Top houses that are dropping:
ATO, Delts

I don't know about AGR, I have a friend in Kappas who said that they basically didn't help with Greek week at all and that only the DU guys talked to them except for only a couple AGR guys

I love Betas and AGR. Definitely has gone up and will be a top house. Theres always tons of ragers and lots of girls at their place.

Agr and beta will never be good. They'd be lucky to be considered lower middle tier
