Bottom: Sigma Chi, Delta Chi, KS, Phi Tau, FH, Acacia, DU, Sigma Pi, AGR
Not Ranked: Pikes

Girls:
Top: DGs, APhis, KDs
Lower Top: Thetas, AXO, GPhis
Upper Middle: KKG, AGD
Lower Middle: AOPi, ChiO
Bottom: DDD, SK, ADPi,
Not Ranked: PiPhis

Disclaimer: Brotherhood/Sisterhood, Academics, Partying, liked to party with or disliked by other houses, were factors in these rankings. This is an overall ranking, not on partying and looks by its self. Also lower top and upper middle tier can be easily debated according to ones experience with those houses. Non ranked house are not placed into a tier since their not recognized by the school, for now anyways.

Kappa and AGD should be moved up.
Theta and g phi should switch with them.
Axo should move down 2

As far as ranking houses, honestly looks and social is all that really determines them, its shallow but is true about how houses are perceived.

For Girls, Lower top and upper middle could easily be interchanged, they're all about equal thats just their current rep.

I did lines because the ones that are separated are in a completely different league than the ones below them
