No pikes definitely will, but it takes time. Realistically pikes will raise every year and go back to top 3 in like 10 years. until another serious event happens then it restarts again 😂 And chances are in 10 years pks will be considered the hard partiers/stereotypical frat guys compared to how they’re the opposite rn

In a more realistic list pikes and phi tau would be where delts are but because delts was a top frat a few years ago this site is usually pretty hard about taking houses off the top. Even though delts are by far the absolute lowest house on this list
