I've heard of some frats where you can just social sign and party with them, but you're not required to attend any of their other things. Does anyone know what ones these might be? And how could I reach out to them? Thanks.

That is the dumbest thing I've heard of. any frat that does that is beyond deparate. "Don't worry about joining, just show up and drink our beer so we look like we have more people"
