Theta Xi or K sigs. Pros cons...?

Both houses are pretty good, K Sigs are a little smaller but stay socially active. Theta Xi is on the rise with their new party room and two years of large pledge classes. K-sigs showed that they are a little desperate for members with that paintball session on Friday. Both houses have similar personalities.
