pi kapps lambdas or sigma nu

Currently looking at these 3 houses, I don't know much about them besides that they're decent social houses girl wise but if you could post ur opinions of each of the 3. (Yes I know there's better houses like theta chi or Sae but I'm interested in these)

Go Pi kapps they have the best reputation out of the 3 and they kick it with top houses too

all three are next to each-other rank wise

I would go Pi kapps for the first choice . Then sigma Nu-lambdas just because delta chi is in dead center gr

The few times I went to Pi kapps it was at bi ads and they were crazy fun and so many girls, I like all 3 houses though.

Lambda and Sigma Nu both base their college experience by what TFM says it should be like. That is without the party hype and social scene. Sigma Nu will be better because of the liveout, but Pi Kapps is still the best option of the 3.

Difference between the 3 is that Pi kapps gets slightly hotter girls than sigma Nu/lambdas and has a better house than the two for parties, But delta chi might put sigma Nu equal to Pi kapps if they have another good year. Pi kapps is the best choice
