Aside from houses like delts, theta chi, Ato and sae, what are the next 'best' houses?

I'd say

Strong - TKE, Pi kapp

Strong but not as into partying- sig Ep, PKT, sigma Nu

Ones to watch/ getting stronger- DU, sigma Nu

Throw pikes into that list with Delts, ATO, theta chi, even though they're unrecognized. As for recognized strong houses it's for sure Pi kapps and tkes right under those "top" houses

Doesn't matter, because I truly feel bad for anyone who makes the mistake of becoming a teke. If you can't go Teke then become a Teke.

Pikes were relevant 4 years ago before they were shut down. They can't have exchanges with sororities (parties), or participate in any greek related events (greek week, homecoming, philanthropies, ect.). PNMs, don't consider an unrecognized house like Pikes, Phi Delts, ect. because you will not get the full experience of going greek.

They are still very relevant. Throwing biads with other houses like ATO theta chi and delts still very often and they have low key things with girls a lot too they just can't have anything official the only thing that sucks is they can't do homecoming (nobody cares about Greek week/philanthropy) but that'll change next year cause they're getting re recognized
