scared older pnm

I'm a junior who really wants to do formal rush but after reading a few posts from this site I'm pretty sure I'll be dropped after day one for being older. Can someone explain why I should even bother rushing if I'm just going to get dropped?

Lots of juniors find houses during recruitment! I would definitely go through. My PC had several girls who were juniors!
