Despite the estimated 1100 girls going into recruitment we usually lose 300-400 girls to the process. Meaning that girls get heavily released from recruitment, or they decide to drop it on their own accords. Quota will chill between 50-60 again

Upperclassman can go through recruitment but they're not what houses are looking for and will usually be heavily released

If you think about it, if each of the 14 sororities takes 50 girls that means that out of the 1,100 girls going through only around 700 will get bids! That's insane. Greek life is getting really popular!
