Girls perspective:
I don't go to theta chi cause it is down right scary
I don't go to sae most of the time because the guys are like talking to a brick wall. They are just their looks and even those are going down hill.
Out of this list, I like tekes the most. Their parties are the funnest and the guys are the nicest

Coming from someone in a top house both Theta Chi and SAE are top houses. But I perfer Theta Chi so much more, they really like to party and SAE is more of sissy boys. SAE also kind of got weird guys last year. And Tekes are upper but def not top, I personally don't like them at all. Theta Chi is the best for sure.

Where did you hear that? I know Delts was last semester, but haven't heard anything about any other houses going dry. Delts will be wet too.
