SAE, Theta Chi, TKE, ATO. Delts are no longer in the top, just holding on to an old legacy at this point.
And everyone will try to rank those 4 but honestly they all have good looking guys, all throw good parties and all get girls from top houses. There's no way to accurately decide which house is the top of the top but those four houses are the definite top tier right now at WSU.

Not TKE, no. The Fratio looks and feels like the closed down pool at the Pentiction BC Travelodge, and their 'philanthropy' is awful, even nationally. Check the numbers from their national site: ($1.5m/11,831)/12=$10.56/month/frater, and the Alpha-Gamma chapter is closer to $7.33. $7.33 is the price of a 4 pack in a regular town or a 30 pack of Natty at the Walmart in Pullman. Just raise the dues by $10 and knock it off with the Carnation Bowl idiocy, call a party a party and a dollar a dollar, and move along. Their own national ranks them 141 out of 250 TKE chapters, which is 56th percentile, and that will not get you a passing grade even in Pullman.

You really care about tkes enough to research all of that? Someone is salty and probably wanted to be a TKE at one point..

@HuckFuskies. Question asked and answered. If that seems like significant 'research' to you, you are going to have one heck of a time with COMM 213 in your 4th year. And FFS, try a little harder than the 'somebody didn't get a bid' chestnut; that just is not an argument, and it makes you seem awfully, well, Tekey. I note that do not disagree with the premise of supporting factual framework. TKE is not a top house, here or elsewhere.
