sorority rush
by: PNMI'm thinking about transferring to WSU from a different school, rush at my school is extremely competitive, 70% of girls who rush get dropped by all sororities every year. A majority of the girls who got into top houses had connections or were legacies. I was wondering how competitive rush is at WSU? Is getting into a good sorority really difficult?

What school, Wichita State? Boise State? Since WSU accepts anyone with a 3.5 HS non-weighted GPA without question, you would be right to assume that the greek system here is equally 'competitive'. Want to be a DG? Fit their 'hawt' mold and be mean, dead lock cinch. Easy peasy.
#5by: Just my thought on this..
PNM, not to be mean but, I think you need to reevaluate yourself if I'm reading what you wrote correctly. Even if it means you have to wait a year when you're a sophomore, I think it's really important for girls to get out of this "I need to be in the sorority with the best rep" because I find it sad when girls end up hating their house because they weren't themselves during recruitment.
