Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.6 Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse), California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) As far as the Washington State chapter is concerned, I feel that they are underrated.

Theta Chi is clearly a top house nationally. NEW ON GREEKRANK

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 2.8 Only been there a few times so maybe I picked bad nights, but the parties were average. Not the worst but nothing great, some of the guys were chill but others were super blacked out and annoying. Middle tier house
