Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 2.6 Obvious self-ratings aside, Theta Xi is the complete definition of "drink and leave"; their members are either stuck up try-hards with massive sense of entitlement, or completely weird and seem out of place. I'd like to think that I have something nice to say about them, but I don't. Bottom tier for sure.

Obvious self-ratings aside, Theta Xi is the complete definition of "drink and leave"; their members are either stuck up try-hards with massive sense of entitlement, or completely weird and seem out of place. Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.4 This house is definitely on the way up, maybe next year or the year after but soon they will be a top house. Did not really start going here until this year. The drinks are amazing, it kind of smells but every house does, i love that they have a dance room and game room, plus they have multiple designated girl bathrooms. I also got asked on their weekend trip and, OMG was it amazing! such a nice place and awesome guys that didn't make me feel awkward. Minus maybe one or two. my date saved me :)
