Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.8 These guys are probably the top house for this spring semester. they have the biggest party facility and great guys to party with. Lots of substance, never run out of stuff to do. I would say that they will have solid recruitment for the next couple years do to the trouble other houses are in. They dont get in trouble and treat the women very well, me and my friends always put phi delts at the top of our list! Love 'em :)
