Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 1.8 Went to their live out once cause my friend met some guy in the house. Felt like how I'd envision geed parties, weird guys lol. Even if they get a nicer house I don't see them going anywhere. Gooood luck though!
