Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.0 Quite a ways down the hill, but is definitely worth the walk. With a pool in the summer, a huge back yard, redesigned party room, and chill guys you can't go wrong. The fact they don't have a sleeping porch is also pretty tight.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.2 Very chill guys, drinks are always good and their parties are awesome! These guys rage but still keep it real classy, definitely worth the trip down the hill. Lots of hot guys and always a good time. Many of my most trust worth guy friends are in this house, and they're coming up to be the next top tier house!

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Washington State University - WSU 4.5 DSigs are tight! They do it big down at the bottom of the hill. All the guys treat girls right and not like totally fratgots. Not to mention they are all good looking too. There backyard is SICK when it's hot out. They put a pool back there and it makes for great daytime backyard pool parties. There other parties are super fun too. Haven't had a bad time there. Always good time and good fun!
