Decent frat, not the best but far from what the negative ratings say. solid mid tier house that has a good brotherhood, friendly guys, good parties, but can work on social a little more. overall decent 3/5

These girls are surrounded by drama 24/7. They always end up having issues with someone whether it be someone from their house or not. They will literally try to screw your boyfriend and then try to break you guys up. Crazy girls.
