it seems like they did a rly good job at recruiting this year and their sisterhood is so close. they’re so sweet and I love that they interact w girls from diff sororities. super sweet n kind, dont act stuck up but can be a lil loud at parties lol

They’ve grown a lot from what I can tell especially since last year. They definitely have one of the stronger sisterhoods on row n I luv love their house, excited to see them grow more.

Overall a really great house. They are known as the "wifey" house since a lot of their girls are smart, pretty, and sweet. Usually always top in grades but are still down to party or go out. Theta also doesn't really have that much drama in their house or with other sororities or fraternities. The only thing is that all the girls mainly hang out at sig ep and need to branch out more.
