All of the decent and good guys in the house dropped and it's just gone down hill since. Started with a clear goal in mind and now it's just another copy and paste party house.

These girls can handle their alcohol, it’s a well known fact that frats have to buy more alc when they exchange with KD. They can also have a good time anywhere and with anyone. There are a few groups that can be a little catty and get messy on the row, but give me one sorority that doesn’t. Not as classy as some of the other sororities, but definitely the girls that will hype you up and take care of you if you need it. Hard to find a group of girls that are regularly in the top two in grades and can go hard every single week. Lovely ladies just need a bit more class, esp MC20 and MC21.

Could be a higher house if they actually threw, only ever see them at biads and triads. The guys in this house are so rank obsessed and convinced that they’re top that it makes them lower than they should be. Good patio though.

Nice girls but bid promised me on pref day only to be dropped. I ended up in a chapter perfect for me and it all worked out, however dirty rushing is tacky and lame.

A few good guys, but really crappy parties. It’s kind of just a pre game house before you head out to the real frats. I would look into joining other ones if possible.

You're probably seeing a bunch of mixed reviews. Some say they hate Lambda while others love it. In all honesty, this is because they are a top house. The better the house, the more people will hate on it. Lambda isn't perfect, but they are definitely a great house. They do a ton of community service and fun philanthropy events that I love to attend. They also are super nice and respectful guys who know how to party. Most girls consider them to be "husbands".
