Yeaaaa ok I tried to like them because everyone else didn’t… but I think everyone else was right. Majority of these guys are extremely creepy or just plain weird, and not in the fun unique way. One of those houses where you take one look around and think “Yeah those allegations are probably true”. Hope to see these guys get their act together

People say this house is "middle" or "lower middle" but the girls in this house are undeniably super kind and pretty. There is a real sisterhood and the girls in this house genuinely like each other and don't hate each other like "top" houses do. All of my friends who are chi o love it so if you want an amazing sorority experience you should rush this house. No drama, real and chill girls, pretty girls.

The girls in this house are either super pretty or just straight up weird. They’re considered bottom on mid tier only because ADPi and SK are bottom tier. We don’t have exchanges with them because not a lot of fraternities like them except for the lower ranked ones.

These girls definitely party like a Pi Phi. They’ve definitely had a rocky past but this year they’re definitely on the come up. I would say they’re top of the mid tier. A lot of the fraternities get along with Pi Phi and don’t have anything bad to say. Girls are either super nice or rude.

I never hear about this house having exchanges simply because no fraternities here like them. They’re know around campus to be very sloppy drunks which is why they never have date dashes or get invited to them. Every girl I’ve met that’s in Tri Delta has ended up being crazy.

alpha phart was known to be dirty rushing and promising girls bids over the summer before recruitment even started. these girls are superficial, fake, and genuinely have no sisterhood. only care about your looks and instagram profile. wouldn’t rush this house unless you wanna be miserable. good thing they’re on the downfall

I miss kk honey. Overall they are all very nice guys and have fun exchanges. There are some smart guys and the recruiting is inconsistent with some socially awkward ones slipping in needing alcohol to make eye contact with a girl

Not complaining but these girls are major shackers. Sit with an axo in class and you’ll laugh the whole time and they’ll help you study! They all seem proud to be in it which is refreshing too. Older members are still participating on campus and they’re all pretty attractive

I LOVE THIS HOUSE ALL OF THE GUYS ARE SO KIND AND RESPECTFUL AND THEIR PARTIES ARE SOOOO FUN. The vibes are always impeccable at Sig-Ep.
