Which are the best places for summer live in?

depends on the person. make sure to consider things such as if you wanna live in a sleeping porch or not, if they party a lot, the brotherhood of the house/which guys are living in

What houses don't do live in? Like I know Fiji doesn't, any others?

Also what houses are super selective? How do guys pick who lives in, is it just based on if they know them or based on looks or what?

If you're in a bottom sorority can you still do live-in at a frat? Not necessarily top frat.

You definitely can, most houses pick girls who they hang out with so apply to the one where you have the most friends!

A 21st street house for sure! I've heard great things about Tekes, SigEps, and
Pikes Summer-Live in

Alpha Delts is very selective but they have a nice house. Phi Delts might be worth looking at because they also have a great house and a great view. And Delts also has a great house and the catch is it's clean like a sorority

But avoid TDX. It gets way too messy
