which frats let you skip exchanges/gads/formals

I'm leaving my current house (signed but have not been initiated).

I would like to find out which houses don't mind if you flat out do not go to formals/exchanges/gads. I do not want to go to them.

Which houses? I really don't care for tier at this point since I'm leaving an already decent ranked house.

When re-rushing do the rush chairs talk to the old house you were in? I don't want my old house bashing me

it sounds like you'll be downgrading to a lower tier house if you are really looking a fraternity that allows you to skip social functions, so you should be ok no matter what your old house says about you.
