Alpha Delts, Zetes, Tekes, Sigma Chi, Fiji, Beta (Do all things pretty well, but the guys do tend to be douchebags besides Alpha Delts)
Pretty Good:
Chi Psi, Pi Kapps, AEPi, Sig Eps, TDX, ASigs, DChi, Theta Chi, Phi Delts (These houses are good in their own right)
Average:
Pikes, SAE, Phi Psi, Delts, Phi Pools, Psi U, ZBT, DU, Lambdas (Average says it all, nothing too special about this group)
Flawed:
Theta Xi, Sigma Nu, Phi Tau, Kappa Sigma, ATO, KA Order, Phi Kapps (Each of these houses has some sort of flaw that hurts them)

Okay I'm not a Phi Delt but why is it that every time a list is made, they're towards the bottom. They're given ZERO credit for how good of a frat they are. Who was top in grades? Phi Delts. Who won Thetas philanthropy? Phi Delts. Who has 70 members and is looking to hit 100 by fall? Phi Delts. You have to be retarded to actually think Phi Delts is a poor house.

Phi Delts are near bottom because they party with Theta Xi, KA Order, etc. They don't throw parties (except with bottom houses). They're a good house in everything BUT social. Socially, they're near rock bottom.

Agree with Phi Delts, Pikes are right where they should be. Maybe next year they'll be above average. But as of now Pikes should be where they are, in the upper echelon of "average" lol.

They're athletic, won the ima softball championship several years, and organize volunteering every week. They constantly have women over, it's a fun house. Do you hate them cause you anem? 26-0 on the votes seems a little saalty.

They used to be athletic, they used to have women come over. They used to be a fun house. But poor leadership has led to their house coming apart at the seams. It's sad but the guys at DU did it to themselves.
