Best grades: Alpha Delts, Zetes, Sig Eps, Fiji, Phi Delts, Betas (consistently at the top)
Nicest guys: Chi Psi, Pi Kapps
Most athletic: Zetes, Pikes, Tekes
Best looking guys: Betas, Zetes, Alpha Delts
Nicest houses: Theta Chi, Fiji, Alpha Delts, Zetes, A-Sigs, D-Chi

I'm tired of this Alpha Delts and Zetes bias

although there is a lot of bias towards them, they're definitely two of the most well rounded houses

Zetes are in every category except nice guys. I think we know who made this list

Almost had a heart attack because I read "nicest houses" as "niceness".

Still, I'd probably add Theta Chi and Alpha Delts to the "nice guys" list

Theta Chi, Alpha Delts, Zetes, Fiji, SAE and Phi Delts probably have the nicest physical houses. Asigs isn't bad but Dchi's house is not that nice

Best Parties: Sigma Chi, Tekes
Nicest Guys: KA Order
Best Grades: Alpha Delts, Phi Delts (based on last two quarters)
Most Athletic: Zetes
Best Looking: Betas
Nicest House: Fiji
