Who are Betas rush chairs for the upcoming year?

At the IFC meeting, they said that Betas aren't allowed to rush a pledge class for 2015. They can start in spring of 2016. Sorry man.

How do they rush now? "Yeah, we're a dry house right now because we pissed on our pledges, but you know what? I think you'll be a great fit."
