Besides the obvious ones like zetes alpha delts I'd say tdx, theta chi, sae, phi psi are all significantly better than they were a year ago.

Theta Chi, and Phi Pools
Girls consistently tell me they have a good time at Theta Chi's pre- funks (still need to figure out how to get girls to stay for the party).
And Phi Pools purely because D-Chi thinks having a pool automatically makes them a top house.
Honestly haven't heard anything about TDX so I can't say much about them.
