They're lower mid tier at best. The only thing holding that reputation is the fact that they get used for their party room by good houses occasionally.

Their party room is pretty decently sized. I know that they hosted a quadad or pentad with some pretty good houses. The only time they're relevant is when houses use them, for a low tier house they've got a good party room.
