This is pretty accurate. Move sig ep down to mid tier though. Only reason they're considered upper mid tier is because they have a lot of people in their house, aside from that they're mediocre.

Only the top and upper mid portions of this list are actual good houses. Also a-sigs should be moved down to mid.
