Pretty spot on, I'd flip flop a couple houses from upper middle and lower middle, but it's still middle so it's not big of a deal

This list is probably close to the overall consensus. I agree with most people that theta chi should drop to lower tier and TDX to middle tier.

Everyone has their personal preferences for a lot of the middle tier. That's why we're getting some disagreement. Otherwise I think that this is pretty solid.
