What house have the worst reps in COB? I dont want to be in a house with out knowing the rep. So far I've looked in to ZTA, AZD, AGD

ZTA is pretty cool, nice house, nice girls, a great sisterhood
AXiD: okay looking girls, weird, really catty, would not recommend, also crappy house & location
AGD: smart girls, nice house, kind of average overall, okay sisterhood

out of those i would only bother with aphi, tri delts, gphi, and pi phi

GPhi/Pi Phi/Tri Delts/APhi are the better ones
AXO/ADPi/AGD/Chi O/ZTA are ones that are still pretty good

Just avoid AZD, AOPi, and AEPhi for the most part

Don't listen to people on here. Every house has something to offer. There are great social houses that like to have fun and more mellow, nice houses with close sisterhoods. You decide what fits you best and forget about what people think. The first thing is that you gotta feel comfortable so see where you feel like you fit in best and that will make you happiest

A lot of the comments on here are going to be biased based off of one experience with girls in a certain house. Don't worry about the reputation of the house and make your decision based off how the house feels and the vibes you get from the girls in the houses you're considering and you'll be happy in the long run. Each of those houses has something different to offer that a ranking website can't help you with.
