Theta Chi = Overrated. Could change with better PCs. They have potential if they recruit better.
D Chi = Average
TDX = Great brotherhood, fun parties. Rising house.

Dchi- great parties, awesome that they have a pool
Theta Chi- rising really fast and it helps they have alot of hot guys
TDX- mid tier, but well liked by most houses

DChi - Has a pool, throws dope parties
Theta Chi - On the rise, but has a way to go
TDX - Solid mid tier, nothing really crazy about them, they get along with other houses, and other houses like them.

Theta chi- the guys you'd date, are pretty cute. Don't rage too hard
Dchi- awesome parties and guys down to party always
Tdx- kinda lowkey solid mid tier house
