not possible

axid is on the same street as betas
zta is on the same street as sigma chi
chi psi is next door to sigma chi

there's such a wide range you really can't generalize although obviously a lot of the top houses are on 17th (but not all)

Agreed with uhh, but 21st is kind of strong with zetes, tekes, and alpha delts, DG and DDD. Pikes, sig eps and AGD and carry their own, but then you got ZBT and Phi Delts.
