Spring Tier rankings vs the house physical appearance

Subjective list of houses with 3 tiers based on social ranking (1=higher, 2=mid, 3=lower) in comparison with the state and quality of the exterior of their house. Haven't really seen this before, so thought I'd do it. I placed 8 houses in each tier; obviously not each house in each social tier is equal. Cooler houses at the top, less cool at bottom.
