The worst of the worst:

You can make your own conclusions/debate by looking at their Instagrams where most fraternity’s have their newest PC posted or based of experiences with the pc

Such an obvious Phi Psi self rank they should be nowhere near that high. Pi Kapps is also falling apart and should not want to be associated with them at all.
