Saw something in one of the posts about a snap bid but I have no idea what that means. What is it and how does it work?

That's for each chapter to worry about, not PNMs. If a house doesn't get enough members in their house, they're allowed to invite people they previously dropped back to be members. Like I said, it really doesn't concern you.

It's like getting an invitation back to a house after they decided not to pick you into their chapter. So snap bidders are basically like filler girls in order to have enough girls so the chapter fees won't be as expensive.
