honest reviews about frats

I am a freshman trying to rush, but the reviews on greekrank are a bit iffy and I want to know about some honest reviews on the houses below.

Thanks for your help! I just wanted to lean some real details about these houses.

Pike: Although a decent group of guys, PIKE has had many struggles the past year. Their house is way to small to hold over 40 guys, and they havenât been able to find ample living space. Because of this, Sororities will choose to go to other houses since Pike doesnât have a good party space. Theyâll be moving out and searching for new living within the next few years. Nothing looks promising since they donât have the greatest of frat relations

Zetes: Definitely one of the most diverse houses on campus. They are considered one of the âtopâ houses, but are known for self ranking on Greek rank very often. Hazing doesnât seem to be as bad as the other âtopâ houses at UW, but is still worse than houses like Pike or Chi Psi. Are known for exclusively associating with Alpha Phi. Girls have mentioned their PC19 as coming off as a little creepy, which isnât a great MO. Overall have a good reputation at UW though.
